Ayodhya 1st Anniversary Celebrations of Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha

The people of Ayodhya are in a festive mood as the city waits to complete one year of the Pran Pratishtha the Ram Mandir. The event of three days, starting from January 11th, is going to showcase the day of devotion and culture.

A Year of Faith and Devotion:

This event finally took place on January the 22nd, 2024, through the consecration ceremony, after being the theme of people’s passionate prayer and legal fights for many decades. The grand structure of Ram Mandir which signifies faith and resistance has in recent years transformed into a ray of light for around millions across the country.

The anniversary celebrations will witness a series of religious and cultural events, including:

Special Pujas and Aarti:

Complex puja and prayer processions will take place at the Ram Mandir site as people are expected to gather in large numbers at the temple.

Cultural Performances:

The events will include dance and music performances as well as theatrical acts by some of the most respected performers.

Community Feasts:

There will be facilities for preparing food for the hungry devotees through the institution of langars- the community kitchen that will prepare vegetarian meals for the devotees.

Illumination and Fireworks: Everyone will dress in bright colors, and the city will be lit with bright lights and full of fireworks.
