Jeet Adani and Diva Shah refrained from making extravagant displays for their wedding like many other people do: the son of billionaire Gautam Adani and the daughter of diamond merchant Jaimin Shah chose to hold an intimate ceremony in Ahmedabad, at the Adani township Shantigram and call it a fusion of religious Gujarati and Jain rites, gushing about close-knit families, and melting hearts by adding that extra concern factor. 

Private tragedy steeped in tradition

While the wedding is scheduled for February 7, 2025, it will, in fact, remain much closer and personal. Though the Adani family, which is a famous family in itself, went ahead to throw an intimate indulgence in the apparent sanctity of the day over starry display. Gautam Adani accordingly posted a heartfelt message on social media to all who missed hard but warm-enduring blessings for not being able to invite well-wishers to the event. 

The ceremony was just a wonderfully vibrant tapestry of Gujarati and Jain customs. After all, both of their families have had quite a rich contrast and colorful legacy. Everything, from the dress codes to the rituals, was a brilliant portrayal of respect towards one’s origins. 

This is a Celebration with Purpose

Even more so, they are starting married life with great public campaigning shimmering on the heels of a rather large philanthropic project. Jeet and Diva decided to give away Rs 10 lakhs every year for the marriage of 500 differently abled women. This very noble initiative is being referred to as ‘Mangal Seva,’ a true community for the couple’s worthiness. 

Gautam expressed utmost pride in his son’s and daughter-in-law’s conduct of such a charitable undertaking and of the values instilled in the family regarding giving back and uplifting the needy.

A Union of Two Prolific Families

The marriage ceremony was also between two of the popular business families. The union was between the Shahs, who rule the diamond world, and Adanis with their varied business empire coming together in this alliance.

Jeet Adani joined the Adani Group in 2019 after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania; he now heads the Adani Airports business and Adani Digital Labs. His vision and leadership are evident in his commitment to both business and social causes.
